Liam Neeson

Liam Neeson is a strange actor. Actually, strange isn’t the right word for him. Liam Neeson is a paper cutter actor. When was the last time you saw him in a movie that isn’t the same as the last movie he was in? I didn’t think so.

I sort of remember him as one of the characters in the Star Wars movies when I first watched the first two trilogies in 2012. You know, the original and the prequel trilogies. I thought he was decent, but I’m also not a Star Wars fanatic so I didn’t care one way or another about all that stuff.

I promptly forgot about him, as one does.

Then last year, we started watching every movie that Liam Neeson was ever in, starting with Taken and its two sequels. I thought they were decent movies. I really liked Taken. The sequels are okay but still a great watch.

And then it went downhill from there. I don’t remember many good ones. Some of them I thought were just okay, others I fell asleep during. Last couple nights we watched his two newest movies. One was okay, the other caused me to fall asleep. Sure, it was okay, but I couldn’t follow the story too much. If you don’t want to think a lot, watch Liam Neeson. After a couple movies, you’ll finally figure out what his character is. If you still haven’t after a few movies, then something must be wrong.
