While on a trip to another city, your spouse (or lover) meets and spends the night with an exciting stranger. Given that they will never meet again, and that you will not otherwise learn of the incident would you want your partner to tell you about it? If roles were reversed, what would you have done?
First of all, this is making it sound like the person is having an affair and I’d never have an affair with someone else when I’m clearly in love and in a relationship/marriage. So I’d never spend the night with the person. If my spouse did that, I’d want them to tell the truth to me. I’d probably break up with them, because if they’re willing to have an affair with someone while they were on a trip, then they could do it again and continue to not tell me.
I don’t like this question, any normal person would say no.
